Bearing The Weight

The Lord will give you more than you can bear, the cup runs over in blessings and we are emptied to be filled again. The Lord can give you more than you can bare to overcome what seems to be overbearing. Over the capacity that causes you to push beyond what you can see in the faith, he has given you.

"Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen." Hebrews 11:1

Without faith we cannot please God. We cannot see what He is doing in our lives. We cannot see what He is doing in the earth. I learned recently that the earth in the word means our earth, we are the earth being planted in, roots pulled up, that is watered to do the will of the Father. The soul of who we are, our soil that we have the responsibility for in what we plant, Amen.

In this life, we are allowed to love, serve, and praise Jesus who not only will never leave or forsake us but will continually fill us so that we can be empty of this flesh, Amen. We are given more than our flesh can bear so that we can continue to walk in the Spirit in moments where we depend on our flesh, Amen. And we learn that we walk in the spirit that it is far easier to carry your cross and be led by His spirit rather than the tug and fast reactions in our flesh, Amen. Day by day, line upon line, and precept upon precept.

We are meant to bear the weight of the overbearing weight of the call to The Body of Christ, it's the daily cross we take up, it's the denying of self, it's knowing that for those who love the Lord, he takes the weight of sin and exchanges it for his burden...which is light. For when we gain the world we, lose the life God has given us, but if we lose our lives for the His name's sake, we gain life just the same. It's in the carrying, the praying, and truly turning away from old things that easily beset us that we help the Law of sin and Death die out with our flesh as we daily learn to walk into the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus. Amen! -Daishaswritings
